Job description
Role Overview and Key Duties
- Resolve user-raised tickets and issues using SMT/ITSMD (Service Now) tools.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality outputs aligned with defined KPIs.
- Prepare comprehensive solution documentation for reference.
- Conduct knowledge sharing and learning sessions within the team.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Experience and Skill Requirements
- Minimum 3 years overall experience in SAP AMS and rollout projects.
- At least 2 years specializing in SAP APO module within AMS projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP-APO standard business functions and planning workflows.
- Practical experience managing Enterprise Structures, Master Data troubleshooting, and maintaining Planning Books.
- Exposure to forecast validation, monitoring planning runs, managing alerts, and job monitoring in APO.
- Ability to troubleshoot integration challenges between ECC/S4 and APO systems.
- Familiarity with customized business templates and cross-module logistics planning (including PP, MM, SD, and LE).
- Additional skills like debugging, workflow management, and iDoc handling are advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills combined with effective communication and client-facing abilities.
