About the Role
Join GardaWorld as a Security Supervisor located at Halifax Harbour Bridges, Nova Scotia. This role entails overseeing a dedicated team of security guards, ensuring seamless security operations while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to the on-site security team to promote effective teamwork and operational excellence.
- Coordinate and manage daily work schedules for security personnel to maintain consistent coverage.
- Ensure compliance with current security protocols and update team members accordingly.
- Distribute and control access cards for personnel as required.
- Prepare detailed daily operational and incident reports to document events and activities.
- Perform additional tasks pertinent to the smooth function of security operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Valid authorization to work within Canada is required.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and effective team management skills.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in security operations combined with managing teams.
- Current first aid certification is necessary.

- Position offers a competitive hourly wage of $21.
