Role Summary

The Revenue Operations Manager position involves leading impact-driven initiatives that enhance business processes, address complex challenges, and improve customer outcomes through insightful analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and refining scalable processes to sustain Revolut's hyper-growth trajectory.
• Driving and managing core infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Prioritizing team projects by evaluating business needs and setting prompt timelines for achievement.
• Identifying new features that improve customer experience seamlessly.
• Overseeing crucial vendor partnerships and implementing performance monitoring systems.
• Establishing strategic supply chain alliances and negotiating commercial agreements.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess at least a 2:1 bachelor's degree from a prestigious university.
• Experience ranging from junior to lead roles within fast-moving environments.
• Proven capability in taking full ownership and leading complex project execution.
• Skillful in deconstructing complicated problems into manageable components.
• Strong affinity for working with data and analytical insights.
• Demonstrate natural inquisitiveness and motivation to drive meaningful impact.
• Genuine interest in the financial sector and its dynamics.

Desirable Skills

• Working knowledge of coding languages such as SQL, Python, and/or R.
