Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will be accountable for managing operational budgets, enforcing internal control mechanisms, evaluating departmental effectiveness, overseeing staff performance appraisals, ensuring maximal ERP system use, orchestrating audit activities, mitigating risks, and preparing management reports.

Requirements

Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree relevant to the field and exhibit considerable experience in leadership roles within healthcare delivery frameworks. The role demands strong administrative management skills coupled with proven expertise in planning, technical operations, and ICT capabilities. Holding a master's degree in Business Administration or Public Administration will be considered an advantage.
