Role Overview
The Operations Coordinator leads all behind-the-scenes activities in a Tiffany retail store. This role involves managing store operations, collaborating with leadership on initiatives, supporting sales objectives, handling inventory, coordinating client services, and acting as manager on duty when needed. Responsibilities also include opening and closing the store as a key holder.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service aligned with luxury standards and etiquette.
- Maintain high operational excellence through consistent adherence to KPIs and company procedures.
- Ensure impeccable store presentation and organize operational services such as hospitality, personalization, catering, and gifting.
- Oversee effective stock management including cycle counts, inventory control, and movements.
- Assist with payment procedures and safeguarding assets across sales channels.
- Support store opening and closing duties as a key holder.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative environment emphasizing team value and contribution.
- Leverage brand knowledge to assist client advisors and enhance customer interactions.
- Engage clients strategically to build lasting relationships.
- Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and openness to feedback.
- Show resilience when facing new challenges and embrace innovative practices.
- Foster a positive and ambitious team culture centered on joy and inclusion.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and support new tools and system implementations.
Candidate Requirements
- Existing residence in and legal authorization to work within the Republic of Ireland.
- 2 to 3 years' experience in retail operations, including merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
- Strong analytical aptitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Willingness and availability to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse daily responsibilities and business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Possession of a college or university degree.
- Graduate Gemologist certification or prior coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
