Role Overview

The Operations Associate serves a key function in ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and memorable visit for guests by providing outstanding customer service and operational support within the attractions. This role requires guiding visitors, enforcing safety regulations, maintaining facility standards, and representing the brand professionally with enthusiasm and passion for the art and technology involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, offering a comprehensive introduction to the experience.
• Help guests navigate the facility by giving directions and answering queries.
• Enforce safety protocols and exhibition rules, monitor visitor conduct, and react swiftly to emergencies.
• Deliver excellent customer support, manage inquiries, resolve issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Keep the environment orderly and clean, including ongoing tidying as necessary.
• Stay updated on upcoming events, exhibitions, and promotions to inform visitors appropriately.
• Embody the company’s mission and values professionally and enthusiastically.

Qualifications & Experience

• Fluent English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Competence in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical skills to interpret data trends.
• Agility in making quick decisions and handling dynamic situations.
• Preferably, at least one year’s experience in operations within hospitality or leisure sectors such as guest services, security, ground operations, or soft services.
• Familiarity with dry theme parks and their operational departments is advantageous.
