About the Role
The Operations Associate will oversee the daily functioning of the gaming zone, ensuring guests receive a flawless and engaging experience. This role includes interacting with customers to explain games and ongoing offers, as well as maintaining overall cleanliness and safety within the zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and streamline daily gaming zone activities.
- Engage with customers to guide them through games and promotions effectively.
- Keep gaming equipment monitored and report any technical difficulties or concerns promptly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the facility.
- Address and resolve customer questions and issues sensitively and efficiently.
- Participate in organizing and supporting events, promotional activities, and crowd control.
- Collaborate closely with the broader operations team to guarantee smooth and professional service delivery.
