Job description
Overview
This position is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage services who are adept at customer service, floor management, and coordinating with retail outlets within a mall environment.
Floor Operations
- Ensure adherence to mall opening and closing procedures across all retail stores.
- Complete the mall opening checklist and guarantee appropriate deployment of staff.
- Supervise escalators, entry and exit points, parking areas, staircases, and maintain overall cleanliness on the floor.
- Perform regular walkthroughs and liaise with specific retailer stores to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Activate and oversee visitor count (V-count) and IT monitoring devices and escalate issues when necessary.
- Inspect ATM machines and collaborate with service teams to resolve any problems.
Marketing and Event Support
- Assist with celebrity visits at the cinema including entry coordination, security, and managing crowd control.
- Ensure visual merchandising setups, standees, and backlit displays are clean and fully functional.
- Provide support for mall events, brand promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate efforts with Nhance promoters and event management teams.
Retailer Coordination
- Monitor opening and closing times of stores within the mall.
- Document late openings or early closures and escalate issues as required.
- Support retailers experiencing operational challenges such as power issues, fire life safety system, housekeeping, and maintenance concerns.
- Respond to retailer queries promptly and offer immediate assistance.
Additional Information
- Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts including Morning (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM) and Afternoon (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM).
- Work Schedule: Six working days per week with one weekly off.
- Uniform: Wearing the provided uniform is mandatory for this role.
