Role Overview
The Floor Executive position is based at Phoenix Marketcity in Chennai, focusing on mall operations and customer service within a restaurant mall setting.
Primary Duties
- Oversee and manage daily activities on the designated floor to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide assistance to customers by addressing their inquiries and meeting their needs efficiently.
- Liaise with departments such as Security, Housekeeping, and Maintenance to maintain smooth functioning of the floor.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensure the assigned floor is clean, safe, and well-presented at all times.
- Contribute support for mall events, promotional activities, and other operational initiatives.
- Perform routine inspections of the floor and report any problems to the supervisor.
- Keep accurate operational documentation and comply with mall policies and standard procedures.
