Role Overview

This role involves comprehensive management of Motor Accident Claim Tribunal (MACT) cases, handling the entire process from the initial documentation stage through to final tribunal determination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete management cycles of MACT claims, ensuring all documentation and tribunal processes are completed successfully.
• Lead and coordinate efforts of field executives, back-office and documentation teams to meet daily operational targets effectively.
• Ensure thorough verification of essential legal papers including FIRs, charge sheets, spot panchnamas, medical bills, and insurance documents.
• Serve as the central liaison connecting accident victims or their families with legal advocates and insurance agents.
• Track court and tribunal schedules closely, manage legal correspondence, and guarantee prompt filing of petitions and responses in tribunal hearings.
• Maintain detailed and accurate case records in both physical and digital formats, drafting weekly reports on case statuses for senior management.
• Improve internal processes by optimizing workflows to shorten claim filing and investigator coordination turnaround times.
