About the Role
Battery Smart is actively seeking dedicated Technical Field Executives (TFE) to join their Flying Squad team. This position involves hands-on technical and audit activities at various field locations including Lucknow, Jaipur, Noida, and North Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute station reconciliation processes and replace QR stickers when necessary.
- Conduct unannounced audits to verify adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Provide troubleshooting for batteries and battery swapping stations.
- Interact effectively with electric vehicle riders to gather feedback.
- Prepare and submit detailed audit reports while identifying operational challenges.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience in electrical work, service, or field operations.
- Preferably hold an ITI or Diploma certification in Electrical or Electronics disciplines.
- Must have access to a personal bike and a smartphone.
- Capable and willing to travel approximately 30 to 35 kilometers daily.
- Exhibit strong communication and keen observational skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from INR 18,000 to INR 20,000 plus Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) benefits.
