About the Position
Olive Green Consulting LLP is seeking a dedicated Blue Collar Recruiter to join their team at the Sector 63 office in Noida. This role involves managing comprehensive recruitment activities specifically for blue-collar profiles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar positions from sourcing to hiring.
- Identify candidates through job portals, referrals, and multiple recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial telephone screenings and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Arrange interview schedules and maintain consistent follow-ups with applicants.
- Maintain up-to-date candidate databases and effective recruitment tracking systems.
- Meet recruitment targets within stipulated timelines.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on blue-collar hiring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent follow-up skills and effective candidate management.
- Must possess a personal laptop for work purposes.
- Ability to work onsite at the office located in Sector 63, Noida.
Work Schedule and Additional Details
- Five days of work from office weekly.
- All Saturdays are work-from-home days.
- Sundays are off.
- Salary range is ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
