Job Overview
We are seeking a Technical Field Executive specializing in electrical work, with immediate openings for direct joining at Battery Smart. This role involves battery installation, servicing, and foundational electrical tasks. Candidates should possess wiring knowledge and be prepared for fieldwork with travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Install and service batteries effectively on-site.
- Conduct basic electrical maintenance and repair tasks.
- Perform wiring work utilizing relevant skills.
- Travel to various locations for field assignments as needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience or training in wiring; ITI or Diploma qualifications are preferred.
- Availability for fieldwork and travel commitments.
- Possession of a motorcycle and a valid driving license for transportation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary up to ₹18,000 in-hand.
- Additional benefits including Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC).
- Incentives up to ₹15,000 based on performance.
