Job description
Overview
We are urgently looking to hire Recovery Field Executives for BatterySmart, responsible for managing overdue payments and maintaining customer relationships.
Primary Duties
- Conduct field recovery of overdue payments from customers, specifically e-rickshaw drivers.
- Engage with customers for follow-ups and maintain strong relationships.
- Consistently meet daily and monthly collection targets.
- Identify default cases and promptly report them.
- Update recovery data accurately in the company app.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education: 12th pass.
- At least one year of experience in recovery or field sales roles.
- Possession of a motorcycle and a valid driving license.
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
Compensation Details
The role offers a salary package up to ₹24,000 CTC along with additional incentives.
