OMNI Department Manager

Position Overview

The OMNI Department Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping requirements. This role supports the overall operation of Online Grocery and Walmart.ca by managing related processes and coordinating with OMNI Associates. The position operates as part of a team that strategically plans and executes tasks based on workload demands and customer traffic.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in training and developing OMNI Associates.
• Manage Back Office Setup tasks including reviewing grocery order summaries, daily pickup reports, confirming orders, identifying payment issues and picks, assessing workload by commodity, assigning CFAs, updating staging whiteboards, and preparing handheld devices and printers for CFAs.
• Monitor and respond to emails and AMP+ for actionable items.
• Complete daily picking activities as needed and perform post-pick duties such as clearing and organizing service stations, cleaning totes, maintaining cleanliness standards in e-commerce areas, and ensuring Back Office readiness for the next day.
• Demonstrate leadership by welcoming all customers courteously, promoting products and services, assisting in locating items, and guiding purchase decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Additional Information

The minimum hourly wage for this position starts at 18.10 CAD.
