Officer, Sales Operations

Summary

We are seeking an energetic and driven Sales Operations Officer to join our Sales Operations unit. In this role, you will support all trade-focused sales activities and work towards improving the experience of our Trade Partners. This position requires collaboration with internal stakeholders from Scoot's Commercial teams as well as outside Trade Partners to guarantee that sales processes across all points of sale are executed seamlessly, adhering strictly to Scoot's guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to manage trade-related sales issues and elevate the experience of our Trade Partners.
• Enhance the efficiency of internal tools by minimizing manual interventions to streamline workflows.
• Assist team managers in refining standard operating procedures to comply with Scoot's policies and operational requirements.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication with Trade Partners to raise awareness, maintain engagement, and foster loyalty.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a General Diploma, preferably coupled with relevant sales or commercial experience in the aviation industry (optional).
• Demonstrate a strong eagerness and commitment to learn and grow.
• Adapt well to a dynamic, fast-moving work environment; maintain composure and clarity during crisis situations to support sales operations effectively.
• Be comfortable navigating uncertainty and incomplete information.
• Possess a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit.
• Exhibit clear, concise, and effective verbal and written communication abilities in English.
