Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and executing Organizational Development (OD) initiatives that support business goals.
- Create and maintain organizational frameworks, including job descriptions and evaluation systems.
- Regularly review and update HR policies, governance, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance.
- Manage and facilitate the performance appraisal processes, from goal setting to calibration reviews.
- Perform organizational and workforce analyses to boost effectiveness.
- Interpret HR metrics and organizational data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Engage in change management and aid business transformation efforts.
- Work alongside business leaders to address organizational issues and offer practical OD recommendations.
- Contribute to talent management strategies, such as competency models, career development paths, and succession plans.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, best practices, and labor laws.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development or similar HR roles.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Hands-on expertise in organizational design, job analysis, performance management, and HR policy formulation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities along with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR Information Systems is a plus.
