Job description
Overview and Responsibilities
The Machine Operator will manage and oversee production machinery to maintain smooth workflow while ensuring adherence to quality standards. Key duties include preparing the equipment for operation, verifying machine readiness, and executing start-up and shut-down processes following established protocols. Continuous monitoring during production to make necessary adjustments, performing in-process product inspections, and assisting in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting are essential components of this role. The operator must also uphold safety standards and preserve a neat workplace environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field and possess between three to five years of hands-on experience operating similar machinery.
