Non-Drive Shed Coordinator

Role Overview

Under the supervision of the Site Manager, the Non-Drive Shed Coordinator will oversee the scheduling and management of the Non-Drive shed operations, ensuring seamless access to vehicles that are not driven for assessment purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the organization of vehicles within designated bays efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the Non-Drive shed facilities.
• Manage the flow of tow trucks, including drop-off and pick-up processes.
• Ensure regular restocking of consumable supplies for the shed.
• Detect, document with photographs, and arrange the removal of total loss vehicles via tow out.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous exposure to roles with similar responsibilities or environments.
• Possession of a current manual driving licence.
• Exceptional ability to manage time and stay organized.
• Comfortable and skilled in utilizing computer systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Committed to adhering strictly to Occupational Health and Safety guidelines.
