Courier/DOT Driver

Job Overview

As a Courier/DOT driver for Federal Express Corporation in Appleton, WI, you will operate company vehicles to ensure timely, courteous, and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages. You will be responsible for verifying shipment compliance with FedEx’s service features and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license appropriate for the assigned vehicle type is required.
• Candidates must be at least 21 years old.
• Must meet standards consistent with section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR), including passing a medical examination as per FMCSA or FAA regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver heavier packages using equipment or assistance.
• Good communication skills in English for understanding traffic signage and interacting with safety officials.
• Professional appearance is essential due to customer interaction.
• Must maintain alertness and operate safely at all times.

Working Hours

The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Compensation

The starting pay for this role is $23.21 per hour.
