Job Overview

As a Night Manager at The Plaza Doha LXR Hotels & Resorts, you will oversee the overnight operations ensuring guests experience exceptional service while maintaining smooth financial and operational processes throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and supervise nightly audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial controls.
• Manage financial postings and reconciliations across departments to ensure complete day-end financial integrity.
• Verify accuracy of financial transactions including credit card payments and resolve complex discrepancies promptly.
• Analyze audit reports to detect irregularities, diagnose root causes, and partner with department leaders to improve financial accuracy.
• Support overnight hotel operations by addressing guest concerns and assisting in emergencies effectively.
• Lead and mentor night staff by monitoring performance, offering coaching, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
