Position Overview
We are seeking a committed Night and Day Fill Baker to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will be dependable and enthusiastic about baking, tasked with preparing and baking a range of products that meet our rigorous food safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake various bakery items to maintain high quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Work both independently and in collaboration with team members to fulfill bakery production requirements.
- Manage time effectively to meet shift schedules.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous bakery experience is preferred.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as cooperatively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent time management skills.
- Reliability and punctuality, especially for day and night shift work.
- Dedicated to maintaining cleanliness and food quality standards.
Work Schedule
- Sunday and Monday: 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Thursday and Friday: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Additional Information
