About the Role

Umaah Cafe is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Baker to join their team located in Greater Noida West within the Delhi-NCR region. This role is perfect for someone who possesses a strong passion for baking and demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, along with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft a variety of baked goods including cakes, pastries, cheesecakes, and other premium cold bakery products.
• Prepare buttercream frostings, fillings, and undertake fundamental cake decoration tasks.
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, portion sizes, and presentation standards for all bakery items.
• Keep the baking station, associated equipment, and work areas sanitized, tidy, and hygienic at all times.
• Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and hygiene guidelines.
• Manage the proper storage and handling of baking ingredients.
• Collaborate effectively within the kitchen team, contributing to smooth daily operations.
• Minimize waste and maintain an orderly inventory of baking materials.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 17,000 and 20,000 INR.
