Job Summary

The role involves executing preventive and emergency maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical systems within industrial and institutional establishments. Candidates should have practical expertise in maintaining utilities, building infrastructure, and facility equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct both preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical and mechanical machines.
• Manage upkeep of DG sets, air conditioning units, HVAC systems, pumps, motors, and related utility equipment.
• Perform basic plumbing and civil repair tasks.
• Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical system malfunctions.
• Follow preventive maintenance plans to maximize equipment operational time.
• Keep accurate maintenance documentation and observe all safety protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering such as BE, Diploma, or ITI.
• 1 to 3 years’ professional experience in facility maintenance roles.
• Preference given to candidates able to start immediately.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly gross salary of ₹25,000.
