Product Manager - Courts Team

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to spearhead the creation and improvement of digital solutions tailored for court services and case management. This role demands defining clear product strategies, collecting and analyzing business requirements, overseeing product roadmaps, and collaborating intimately with stakeholders, tech teams, and judicial units to craft efficient and user-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision and strategy for digital court and case management solutions.
• Work closely with various stakeholders including judicial departments to gather comprehensive requirements.
• Manage and prioritize the product roadmap ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate with technology teams to ensure timely and effective product deliveries.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management roles.
• Familiarity and experience with Case Management Systems, Court Management Systems, LegalTech, or government digital services.
• Proficient in Agile and Scrum frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, and overseeing product lifecycle stages.
• Excellent communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or experience within Courts, Judicial Services, LegalTech, or electronic Government sectors.
• Possession of product management certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or Project Management Professional (PMP).
