About the Role
Join a well-established British manufacturing company with a significant global footprint as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer based in Greater Manchester. The company operates a vertically integrated facility producing both component parts and fully assembled products for both domestic and commercial sectors. This presents a dynamic workplace with diverse and technically stimulating challenges.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for both reactive and scheduled maintenance tasks throughout the facility. This includes diagnosing and repairing faults in building services, production machinery, and plant equipment, all adhering strictly to current safety regulations. Practical troubleshooting skills and the ability to maintain operational continuity in a rapidly moving production setting are essential.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Possession of NVQ Level 3 or higher in Electrical or related Multi-Skilled Engineering disciplines.
- Proven ability in electrical fault diagnosis and rectification.
Work Pattern
Day shift schedule.
