Job description
Role Overview
The Ramp Engineer is tasked with the upkeep and repair of vehicle ramps installed on all buses within the Metroline Travel and Metroline West fleets.
Main Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of ramps.
- Disassemble and repair ramps as necessary.
- Organize and plan maintenance activities effectively.
- Collaborate closely with garage engineering teams.
- Maintain and update the ramp maintenance database consistently.
Essential Qualifications
- Strong technical aptitude with practical engineering experience.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Solid mechanical understanding related to Public Car Vehicle (PCV) requirements.
