Multi NDT Technician

Job Overview

This role involves performing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT), and Penetrant Testing (PT). The technician will be responsible for equipment setup, calibration, verification, and interpretation of test results in compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and calibrate NDT equipment, ensuring proper operation to evaluate inspection results based on applicable codes and specifications.
• Have in-depth understanding of the scope and limitations of each NDT method applied and perform duties responsibly.
• Ensure all equipment, accessories, and consumables used have valid calibration and conformity certificates and comply with approved procedures.
• Conduct verification and calibration of instrument characteristics prior to executing NDT activities.
• Compile and prepare detailed inspection reports, confirming findings meet required standards or specifications before submission to clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• Hold certification as ASNT Level II technician in UT, MPT, and PT methods at minimum, possibly covering additional NDT methods.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills.
• Possess at least three years of relevant work experience in the field.
