- Supervise and assist MRAP technicians in their tasks.
- Verify and ensure availability of parts necessary for mid-level repairs of electronic and communication systems including mounting hardware.
- Guarantee secure, restricted access storage for C4I systems and pilferable MRAP components, coordinating closely with supply for secure equipment possession.
- Provide comprehensive C4I technical training to new and existing personnel, including hands-on refreshers and upgrades.
- Train vehicle mechanics on interactions near sensitive electronics to avoid damage or safety risks.
- Participate in required upgrade training sessions.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
- Work environments include offices, maintenance shops, warehouses, and occasionally outdoors for extended durations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in using personal computers, the Windows OS, and Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is essential.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry-standard software, peripheral devices, and strong competence with PCs, networks, and communication systems.
- Innovative problem-solving skills and sound judgment to address complex technical challenges.
- Valid home country driver's license and the ability to obtain a host nation driver's license.
- Capability and possible requirement to operate material handling machinery.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational credential.
- Minimum two years of field experience as a C4I Electronics Technician or Supervisor.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance, which requires US citizenship.
- Ability to handle exposure to high noise levels while operating equipment.
- Commitment to use prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for task safety.
- Physical endurance to lift/push/pull at least 50 pounds and perform all assigned tasks.
- Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
Preferred Attributes
- Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
