As a Retail Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role actively leading and supporting your team, ensuring customer needs are met with efficiency and friendliness. Whether assisting customers directly or managing back-of-house operations, maintaining high standards is key. Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7am to 8pm
• Saturday: 7am to 6pm
• Sunday: 9am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team by setting an example and overseeing in-store operations.
• Understand and anticipate customer requirements to guide them to appropriate products and simplify their shopping experience.
• Maintain smooth store functioning, including cash reconciliation, managing customer inquiries, ensuring audit compliance, and stock control.
• Collaborate closely with your team to uphold store pride and foster a fun and productive work environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a supervisor or duty manager managing a small team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service skills enabling excellent client engagement and driving sales.
• Curious and proactive, always seeking to question and enhance processes and performance.
• A genuine enthusiasm for the business and its goals.
• Reliable, honest, flexible, friendly, and committed to working hard.
