As a Retail Supervisor, you will be a key member of the team, leading by example whether working on the shop floor assisting customers or managing warehouse operations to uphold high standards. Customer focus is paramount, and with comprehensive training and flexible shift schedules that promote work-life balance, this role offers a promising career path.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team by hosting and setting standards, exemplifying excellent customer service.
• Understand customer needs and guide them to appropriate products to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Ensure operational excellence through efficient cash reconciliations, responding to customer queries, adhering to audit standards, and managing stock effectively.
• Foster team spirit, ensuring collaboration and enjoyment in daily workplace activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven supervisory or duty management experience overseeing small teams in fast-paced retail environments.
• Strong customer service aptitude with demonstrated ability to convert this into sales.
• A curious mindset geared toward continuous improvement.
• A genuine passion for the business and providing outstanding service.
• Friendly disposition, flexibility, reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7am to 8pm
• Saturday: 7am to 6pm
• Sunday: 10am to 6pm
