  • Maintain thorough site documentation such as daily logs, progress updates, and inspection reports.
  • Track project timelines and proactively identify risks or delays.
  • Coordinate with contractors, clients, local authorities, emergency responders, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in site meetings and contribute to project documentation.
  • Ensure traffic management procedures are correctly implemented and maintained per approved plans.
  • Assist in managing construction contracts and evaluating contractor performance.
  • Collaborate with the broader project team to successfully deliver motorway asset renewal programs.

  • Readiness and ability to work predominantly night shifts.
  • Awareness of PSDP/PSCS and thorough understanding of health and safety legislation.

  • Experience administering contracts under Public Works forms, including valuation processing and claims assessment.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with Engineers Ireland or equivalent.
  • Experience on motorway, national road, or significant transport infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with public infrastructure contract forms.
  • Knowledge in pavement engineering, drainage, roadside technology ducting, and structural maintenance.
