Moderator

Role Summary

Noble Horizon is seeking a Moderator to join its operations department. This position is vital in ensuring all advertisements and listings comply with our posting policies, providing users with a secure and reliable platform experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Evaluate and approve ads submitted by users in line with Noble Horizon's posting standards.
• Process advertisement and subscription requests, confirming payment and adherence before publishing.
• Detect and promptly report fraudulent, misleading, or scam advertisements to safeguard platform integrity.
• Ensure content and images of all listings meet quality expectations.
• Engage professionally with users to update on ad approval, rejection, or request clarifications.
• Maintain precise records of moderation tasks and decisions.
• Work collaboratively with sales, product, and customer support teams to quickly address ad-related issues.
• Prepare regular analytics on moderation patterns, frequent violations, and fraud incidents.
• Propose enhancements to moderation workflows to improve user protection.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related discipline.
• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English.
• At least two years’ experience in ad moderation, customer operations, or platform support roles.
• Strong detail orientation and the capability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Competence in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word, along with familiarity using online publishing platforms.
