Mobile Cleaner

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Cleaner to join our team based in Caerphilly, Wales. As part of a forward-thinking organisation committed to community wellbeing, this role involves maintaining cleanliness in communal areas of residential properties across multiple locations. Working with a company-provided vehicle and equipment, you will ensure safe, comfortable, and welcoming environments for residents.

Role Responsibilities

• Ensure communal spaces such as stairways, hallways, kitchen areas, bathrooms, and living spaces in residential properties are clean and well-maintained.
• Travel between different sites using a company vehicle, managing your schedule to complete cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
• Carry out comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, wiping, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping.
• Adhere strictly to safety and professional standards in all work performed.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a full UK driving licence with over 3 months driving experience and no more than 8 points; the candidate must be aged over 21 to drive company vehicles.
• Physically fit to perform manual handling and other physical cleaning tasks.
• Capable of working independently with good time and workload management.
• Attention to detail and reliability in completing assigned duties.
• Prior experience in cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary up to £27,988.20.
• Full-time, permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
