Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Application Developer to join our on-site team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves designing, building, and sustaining mobile applications that underpin NEARMOTION’s smart building and visitor engagement platform. Responsibilities include developing new features, enhancing app performance, integrating with backend services and APIs, and ensuring seamless functionality across diverse devices and operating systems.

The developer will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to craft intuitive user interfaces, troubleshoot issues, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the continuous refinement of the mobile development process.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in mobile application development, with experience in creating and maintaining mobile apps.
• Competency in software design, testing methodologies, and deployment processes.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming concepts and their practical application in mobile projects.
• Practical experience with iOS development, including familiarity with its frameworks and tools.
• Knowledge of Android development or proficiency in cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native is a plus.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and handling JSON for backend integration.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable code and use version control systems, especially Git.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline—or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative spirit suited to on-site teamwork.
• Familiarity with mobile UX/UI best practices and an interest in location-based service technologies is desirable.
