Role Responsibilities

• Manage the stocking and replenishment of private bar items, accurately recording guest charges to Front Office.
• Maintain correct inventory levels for food and beverage items, as well as related supplies like menu cards and napkins on carts and storage.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of in-room minibars; report any malfunctions or damages.
• Assess item quality and expiration dates, disposing of and replacing products following established protocols.
• Adhere rigorously to the Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Code of Conduct outlined in the staff handbook.
• Collaborate professionally with colleagues and supervisors to maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Support room service by removing trays and assisting with delivering in-room amenities as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Familiarity with MICROS system preferred.
• One to two years’ prior experience in Food & Beverage roles preferred.
• Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing English.
• Knowledgeable in foods, wines, and spirits.
• Possession of a college or university degree is advantageous.
• Strong numeric skills for accurate counting and record-keeping.

Working Hours and Schedule

Work is scheduled six days per week with a total of 48 hours.
