Overview
The role of Solution Architect involves evaluating the technical feasibility of projects alongside potential implementation risks. They take ownership of designing and executing the complete technical and solution architecture, establishing system structure, defining interfaces, setting organizational solution guidelines, and guiding software design and deployment. Their responsibilities are tailored to the specific business challenge and require a blend of business acumen and technological expertise.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the application or domain architecture for assigned solutions, managing their assembly and integration into current systems.
- Establish system structure, interfaces, and implementation strategies in line with company principles.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks to ensure delivery of solution services using selected technologies.
Qualifications and Certifications
- Preferred Capgemini Architect certifications at level 1 or 2.
- Relevant security-related certifications.
- Industry-recognized architecture standards certifications such as TOGAF 9 or equivalent.
