The Cloud Solution Architect role supports customers in accelerating their digital transformation through cloud services, data analytics, AI, and modern application technologies. This position is ideal for professionals with 2 to 4 years of experience who are enthusiastic about technology, curious about AI, and eager to address real-world business challenges with innovative cloud solutions.
Working closely with seasoned architects and technical experts, you will develop skills in Azure cloud architecture, data analytics, application development, security, and cutting-edge AI technologies. You will engage with customers to comprehend their objectives, aid in designing and deploying solutions, and assist in deriving value from Microsoft's technology suite.
Key Attributes and Skills
- Curious and eager to learn about artificial intelligence and emerging technologies

Role Responsibilities
Business Impact: Assist the team in identifying new opportunities for increased usage and expansion by understanding customer needs and Microsoft’s value proposition. Engage in active listening and build trust while promoting alternative solutions that better serve customer requirements. Contribute to gathering industry trends and customer insights to better align digital transformation efforts with business goals. Support deployment and operational readiness to help customers achieve their objectives, ensuring adherence to security, resiliency, and cost optimization.
Customer Centricity: Build seamless and connected customer experiences by understanding their goals and addressing challenges. Translate these into technical solutions aligned with Microsoft’s platforms and demonstrate value through prototyping and proof-of-concept engagements. Build relationships with key decision-makers and advocate on behalf of customer interests internally.
Partner Support: Aid partners in identifying revenue-generating opportunities aligned with their capabilities. Provide pre-sales technical support and assist in developing offerings and technical skills. Help grow partner solution portfolios and enable initial customer implementations.
Technical Leadership: Develop skills aligned with organizational priorities including security, resilience, and AI. Participate in readiness initiatives and team activities to enhance technical knowledge and contribute to best practices. Engage in collaborative projects, share insights, and contribute to intellectual property development, including AI and Copilot scenarios. Participate in internal and external technical communities to share knowledge and strengthen Microsoft’s brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, or architecture
