Role Overview

We seek a Merchandising Coordinator to join our retail team in Lethbridge, Alberta, where you will lead store operations, inspire staff, and deliver superior customer experiences in a fast-moving retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee visual merchandising efforts, customer service quality, backroom activities, and merchandise handling to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure consistent high standards in customer service and store functions by updating and aligning team members with store goals.
• Organize, prioritize, and supervise daily tasks, fostering teamwork and training associates on company service protocols.
• Provide training and mentoring to associates on merchandise display and customer care, nurturing a collaborative and progressive work culture.
• Create appealing merchandise presentations for prominent store areas to strengthen brand image and value proposition.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 1 to 2 years of retail or service experience, with a solid understanding of customer expectations and store operational processes.
• Demonstrates a cooperative approach that promotes effective teamwork and maintains positive workplace relationships.
• Manages multiple responsibilities efficiently within a dynamic, fast-paced environment while adapting to evolving demands.
• Exhibits strong communication and time management capabilities to clearly convey information and prioritize effectively.

Compensation & Location
