About the Role

This role reports to the Senior Regional Manager of Merchandise Operations and focuses on supporting the ranging process (both pre-season and in-season), system and data maintenance, generating reports, and managing key timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and carry out all activities related to templates, systems, data, and critical timelines.
- Collaborate across global markets and cross-functional teams regionally to ensure on-time task completion and communicate updates or changes effectively.
- Develop, document, and enforce essential processes and calendars involving diverse cross-functional partners.
- Provide regular project status updates and escalate risks or issues promptly to maintain transparency and facilitate timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate product line listings, pricing, and master data updates.
- Ensure data integrity within systems and databases.
- Offer system support and training to team members to ensure smooth execution of seasonal processes.
- Identify and suggest workflow and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency continuously.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Merchandising, Category Management, or Planning.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated skills in time management, prioritization, and multitasking.
- Proactive mindset with responsibility ownership and consistent follow-through.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently to meet high-pressure deadlines.
- Effective team player capable of collaborating well and keeping team activities on track.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
