These tasks aim to enhance the shopping experience for customers by presenting products attractively and ensuring accurate inventory placement.
You will work as part of a team under on-site supervision, servicing multiple departments within the store. The role requires safe, precise, and efficient execution of merchandising projects, general bay services, and resets. Building strong relationships with store associates and delivering excellent customer service to both colleagues and customers is essential.

- Maintain accurate bay service records and related documentation.
- Complete one-off merchandising projects as assigned by store, district, or regional leadership.

- Partner with store leadership to markdown damaged or unsellable merchandise.
- Assist store reps in inspecting returned and damaged items for potential returns to vendors.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating and safety procedures.
- Complete designated training programs.
- Perform other related duties as required.

- Show strong interpersonal abilities and teamwork orientation.
- Adhere to safety policies, identify hazards, and take corrective actions.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high quality and error-free work.
- Be self-motivated and able to deliver quality results without close supervision in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- The role involves physical activities such as bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving items.
