Merchandiser - Tagalog Speaking Required

Role Overview

We are seeking a Merchandiser proficient in Tagalog to join our team in Dubai, focused on enhancing our retail presentation through compelling visual merchandising strategies. This position requires responsibility for creating visually appealing product arrangements that resonate with our brand identity and meet seasonal marketing directions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute engaging product displays and layouts in multiple store formats including kiosks.
• Ensure all visual merchandising efforts reflect the brand’s image and current promotional themes.
• Supervise the upkeep of product displays, maintaining cleanliness and uniformity across various retail points.
• Work closely with marketing and retail units to implement promotional activities and product launch visuals.
• Organize and set up visual arrangements for new retail openings, temporary pop-ups, and various events.
• Perform scheduled inspections of stores to assess display effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and refresh displays based on inventory levels and feedback received from customers.
• Instruct store personnel on foundational visual merchandising skills and display upkeep.
• Keep informed on industry trends and competitive merchandising methodologies.
• Oversee management of visual display equipment, props, and branded in-store materials.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience in retail visual merchandising, ideally within perfume, fashion, or luxury sectors.
• Strong communication abilities and collaborative work approach.
• Willingness and ability to travel across store locations as necessary.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is advantageous.
