Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Merchandise Coordinator to join our friendly team, contributing to sales growth by ensuring adherence to merchandising standards and efficient execution of merchandising activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively within a team to enhance customer experience both in-store and online and address customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Manage daily merchandising operations including planners, set up guides, and launching new products.
• Uphold the JB Hi-Fi brand image and store ambience through high-quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

Working Conditions

JB Hi-Fi operates seven days a week in most locations, so flexibility in working hours is essential.

Qualifications and Skills

• Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for working in a casual, fun retail environment.
• Experience or knowledge in merchandising activities like events, promotions, or operational tasks such as stock management.
• Results-oriented mindset focused on delivering optimal customer outcomes.
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
