Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Merchandise Coordinator to join our welcoming team. This role centers on supporting the continuous sales growth of the store by executing merchandising strategies with precision and diligence. Key tasks include ensuring compliance with company merchandising policies, optimizing operational efficiency, and enhancing the in-store and online customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a team environment to deliver a positive customer journey and swiftly address any customer concerns or inquiries.
• Manage daily merchandising operations including coordination of planners, setup guides, and introduction of new product initiatives.
• Maintain the JB Hi-Fi brand and store aesthetics through excellent merchandising standards, in-store marketing efforts, and product presentation.
• Establish and nurture productive relationships with internal departments and external partners.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Enjoy working in a casual, lively, and friendly retail atmosphere.
• Prior experience or knowledge in merchandise management (events, promotions) or operational activities (stock movement, inbound/outbound goods).
• Positive, can-do approach with a strong drive to achieve outstanding customer service results.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities coupled with keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, as JB Hi-Fi stores operate seven days a week in most locations.
