Role Overview

As a Retail Team Member, you will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture and delivering outstanding customer experiences throughout the store environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in multiple store facets, including customer interaction and back-of-house operations.
• Ensuring excellent customer service before, during, and after sales.
• Supporting merchandising efforts to maintain an engaging sales floor presentation.
• Helping with stock processing and timely deliveries according to store procedures.
