Role Overview

As a Retail Team Member, you will contribute to maintaining a high-performance culture and ensuring excellent customer experiences throughout the store. Your key duties will include:

• Assisting in various in-store areas, from direct customer engagement to back-of-house operations.
• Delivering superior customer service before, during, and after sales transactions.
• Helping with product merchandising across the sales floor to uphold the JB Hi-Fi brand and store presentation.
• Supporting the efficient receipt and processing of inventory by following established store receiving procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Passionate about home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or gaming.
• Highly enthusiastic, motivated, and dedicated to delivering results.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills capable of engaging with a diverse range of people.
