The company offers complete engineering solutions including HVAC installation, system optimization, commissioning services, preventive maintenance, and enhancing asset performance.
Position Overview
- Perform and manage mechanical engineering tasks directly at project sites.
- Conduct and supervise Testing, Adjusting & Balancing for HVAC air and hydronic systems.
- Assist in Testing & Commissioning activities related to HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.
- Verify HVAC system performance, address issues, and implement optimizations.
- Analyze mechanical drawings, technical specifications, and submittals thoroughly.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure project success.
- Generate and maintain TAB reports, commissioning and inspection documentation, and technical submissions.
- Support HVAC system installation, preventative maintenance, system upgrades, and Annual Maintenance Contract work.
- Adhere strictly to project specifications, quality standards, health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as international commissioning protocols.
Candidate Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience of 1 to 7 years in MEP, HVAC, TAB, and Testing & Commissioning processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, air and water balancing, chilled water systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Familiarity with TAB measurement tools and ability to interpret design airflow and hydronic balancing specifications.
- Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers is preferred.
- Effective communication capabilities, strong technical reporting, and solid problem-solving skills.
- Holding a valid Saudi driving license is advantageous.
