About the Company
Dyson Singapore operates an advanced manufacturing and warehouse facility, specializing in the production of the Dyson Digital Motor.
Role Overview
This role involves supporting daily warehouse functions to ensure smooth material flow through to final product assembly.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse tasks including picking and packing, kitting, receiving, and shipping both internal and external goods including returns.
- Pick materials according to production requirements and deliver them to the production line in a timely manner.
- Ensure materials are properly packed and accurately recorded in the inventory system.
- Perform weekly and monthly cycle counts and assist in resolving stock discrepancies.
- Maintain proper material storage in compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
- Safely handle movements of raw materials and components.
- Report any irregularities identified during work processes.
- Maintain high stock accuracy of materials and ensure on-time delivery to production.
- Ensure timely readiness for export of finished goods.
- Maintain workplace safety and clean working environment.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum qualification of "O" Level, SPM certificate or equivalent.
- Experience relevant to material handling roles.
- Operation skills on motorized equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks are an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of a second language is beneficial.
- Capable of teamwork and working effectively under pressure.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP systems.
