Job Description and Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and maintaining quality indoor and outdoor masonry tasks including wall and floor covering work in guest rooms, offices, corridors, lobbies, partitions, and elevators, utilizing proper tools and materials.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of all completed tasks.
• Continuously provide professional, approachable, and friendly service to all guests and colleagues.
• Carry out routine daily and preventive maintenance duties throughout the hotel.
• Promptly address and respond to maintenance requests as they arise.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and workspaces are kept in good condition and properly maintained.
