Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and stylish Bar Tenders to join the vibrant team at Radisson Blu Guwahati. The role demands a proactive mindset to anticipate guest needs, support departmental functions, and consistently create memorable moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort by responding promptly and positively to guest inquiries.
• Take ownership of assigned duties and ensure tasks are completed professionally and timely.
• Achieve departmental objectives aligned with hotel initiatives and targets.
• Work closely with supervisors to manage costs, control inventory, and meet productivity and performance goals.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships while promoting the company’s culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation; plan, execute, and document due diligence and best practices for audits, including necessary follow-ups.

Candidate Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Possess a hands-on, can-do attitude towards work.
• Demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm for providing excellent guest service within the hospitality industry.
• Show initiative in resolving challenges and taking responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Exhibit personal integrity and deliver consistent excellence in a demanding environment.
• Comfortable working with various IT systems.
• Strong communication capabilities.
